Embossing Specifications

Font types: 2

FONT 1 - Name: Gothic/Normal

• Size: 3mm high x 2mm wide for each character
• Characters Available: UPPER CASE letters only
• 1234567890 , ' : * & # - / .
• Maximum number of characters to fit across the card: 31

FONT 2 - Name: OCR (standard credit card size numbers)

• Size: 5mm high x 3mm wide for each character
• Characters Available: 1234567890
• Maximum number of characters to fit across the card: 21

Tipping Options: Black, Silver or Gold

Tipping Area Limitations:

• Data cannot be embossed higher than 12mm from the card top edge
• Data has to start and /or end a minimum 5mm from either side of the card edge
  
• Data cannot be embossed lower than 5mm from the card bottom edge

Variable length data cannot be center justified or right justified.
For example, names can only be left justified on the card.

CARDS CANNOT BE EMBOSSED VERTICALLY
